When you write
Include your iPhone model and iOS version if it is about a bug. Never include anything you logged in the app unless you want to.
Common questions
- I slipped. Have I lost everything?
- No. Your savings estimate and earned milestones stay. The current stretch restarts from the slip.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes: Settings › Change plan. Your log and history are kept. Nothing changes until you save.
- Where is my data?
- On your phone only. Settings › Delete all data removes it.
- Premium stopped working.
- Settings › Restore purchases. If a subscription has lapsed, the free features, your history and any plans you wrote all remain.
- Refunds and subscription management
- Handled by Apple: manage subscriptions · request a refund.
